We are an outstanding law office established by three lawyers who had over a decade each of experience in independent practice of law. We joined forces to increase the depth and range of our resources and create value for our clients.

We counsel clients on legal issues generated by their business transactions. Among other things, we assist in the creation of business entities, their licensing, governance, merger, acquisition, restructuring and insolvency. We also provide support in conlcuding contracts from inception all the way to closing deals. Moreover, we assist clients navigate the regulatory system of Ethiopia. Besides, we represent clients in litigation before federal courts, administrative and arbitral tribunals.
