Synergy Habesha Media, Communication and Technology is an independent media company that aims to empower community through media. We produce educational and entertaining audio visual and print materials as well as best practice documentation with which we can help hasten economic and social development in Ethiopia.
Since our establishment in 2003, we have produced different education, information and communication materials such as best practice studies, booklets, and newsletters covering issues such as HIV/AIDS, and gender and child right issues; documentation of good practices; and monitoring and evaluation of baseline surveys with the aim to create awareness and advocacy.
Synergy Habesha recently released its first feature film, the acclaimed Quragnaye (English Title: Enchained). We also produced a weekly documentary show (My Quest or Ene 'Miteyikew) and documentary films A Season for Dancing and I Will Never Die of AIDS as well as multiple documentaries and instructional films for its partners in Ethiopia, Africa and beyond.
